“When we were planning our wedding the most important thing for us was the food, and we were so lucky to find Lauren. She immediately understood our vision and created a delicious and seasonal menu of tapas style shared plates. Through the stressful process of reschedules and uncertainty of 2020 and 2021 she was flexible and understanding and made everything much easier for us. One of the hardest parts of postponing was that we knew what the menu was going to be and had to wait a whole year to try everything. At every single wedding we’ve been to since our own, our friends have brought up how great the food was at ours. Seriously at every dinner someone has specifically brought up the root vegetable dumpling in the Thai pumpkin soup, and the cheese and charcuterie board comes up at every cocktail hour.”
