“Lauren catered our October wedding at Bliss Ridge in Moretown and did an absolutely amazing job. The venue was a bit challenging compared to most since it does not have an on-site kitchen, but the food was so delicious and fresh, you never would have known it was all being cooked in a tent with rental equipment. All of our guests were raving about the food – – everything was amazing. Despite the challenges of the barn venue, Lauren’s team was able to serve our plated meal ahead of schedule (with everyone’s meals served hot! we have often been to weddings where the plated meals take so long to serve all of the tables, that we get luke warm food). Lauren was also very helpful during the planning process answering questions and helping us put together a realistic timeline so that our event stayed on time. We couldn’t be happier.”
